LUMAGUE were charged with willful failure to pay long overdue deficiency taxes due to the government amounting to P 19.69 Million (2007), P 54.27 Million (2008) and P 32.96 Million (2009), respectively. Therefore, they were charged with “Willful Failure to Pay Taxes.”
