Two cases; one in QC and one in Manila; representatives of the taxpayers were submitting books of accounts with no accounting entries; BIR revenue officers consciously failed and refused to receive it citing that 'AYAW KONG MAG-BOOKKEEP" and then left the poor and surprised representatives. He! he! he!
MORAL LESSON...
Okay lang pala na magsubmit ng blank books of accounts para maiwasan ang BIR subpoena duces tecum... Di baleng i-penalty dahil walang laman ang books of accounts.. Isipin na lang na ang penalty ay bayad sa kukuning bookkeepers para maglagay ng accounting entries sa books of accounts..Dapat lang gumawa ng incident report para maiwasan na gusto rin ng mga taxpayers na huwag i-recieve ang mgs books of accounts...
