Ayon sa batas-Pilipinas, a tax shall be paid voluntarily and without intervention from any person. Ang sistema ng mga kurap sa BIR, lahat na lang ng gagawin mo pati pag-ihi mo kailangan may consent sila. Halimbawa kung gusto mong i-adjust ang binayad mo buwis, kailangan pang hingin ang signature ni RDO para i-accept ni AAB (bank). Pahirap ito sa mga taxpayer at sa iyong mga friends and business associates.
Ang rights, privileges at obligations mo ay nakalathala sa 'COLLECTION MANUAL' pero ayaw itong ipakita o ipabasa sa mga taxpayers kasi mawawalan ng lagay, kotong o sahod (hindi sweldo) ay mge kuratong butete.
Kung mayroon ka pang nalalabing pagmamahal sa sarili at sa Pilipinas, halika sumama ka at mag signature campaign tayo upang maipalabas natin sa BIR website in pdf file itong 'COLLECTION MANUAL' na may 751 pages.
