1. Issuance of improbable and/or arbitrary assessment 

2. Arrogance 

3. Non-observance of punctuality in appointments 

4. Indiscriminate and unauthorized issuance of letter conferences

5. Unreasonable/unjustifiable delay in the investigation and processing of tax cases

6. Requiring the taxpayer to prepare working papers, and other documents which he / she has already filed with the BIR.
